1. Manuscript Scope
Submitted articles must align with the journal scope, including community empowerment, education, health, environment, social sciences, engineering, and other applied fields.

4. References
References should be written consistently using IEEE or APA style (preferably recent and relevant sources).
5. Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official submission system and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
6. Peer Review
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure quality and relevance.
7. Publication Ethics
Authors must comply with ethical standards. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate publication are strictly prohibited.
8. Publication Fee
This journal does not charge any submission fees or Article Processing Charges (APC).
